Odell Guyton was the former chief of compliance for Microsoft, co-founder of the global Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (over 5,000 members), and is currently the head of compliance for Fortune 200 company Jabil Circuit. He spoke about the compliance challenges facing large global businesses. Tom Melsheimer, Managing Partner of Fish & Richardson, a Texas lawyer of the year, spoke about defending billionaire Mark Cuban against the SEC at trial.
